SLEEVIN' & ACHIEVIN' & 30 Day No Weigh Challenge, Wednesday Apr27/11

 Mission Statement:
I will weigh weekly on Sunday
I will measure and take pictures on Sunday

Goals:
To fit BACK into my size 12s
To reduce my waist to 38 (from 42), my Hip/Butt to 45 (from 49.5) and my Thigh to 24 (from 27)

Thoughts:
- Doing pretty good, have been eating sunflower seeds and am hoping it won't derail my weight (due to the sodium) so I've been uping my water from 3 liters to 4
- I think it's something about Wednesday that makes me want to weigh (maybe I lose the weight mid-week) because I can see it in my mirror so I want to see it on the scale.
