xpost - Whatcha eating today VSGers? Tuesday...

Last night was a munchy eating night.  I had sunflower seeds, my chicken cauliflower casserole, then some peanuts mixed with craisins.  I TRIED to keep it proteiny but the fact that I was mindlessly eating again.  Focus grasshopper!!

LND/LNS:  See above lol

B:  Nothing but 64oz of water and 1/2 cup of coffee
S:  Carb Master Yogurt - Tropical Fruit
L:  Trader Joes - Chicken Skewer; 1/2 cup cole slaw
S:  ??
D:  Popeyes Leg & Thigh
S:  ??

Water:  Goal 4 Liters =135 oz (3 Liters so far MUST flush out the sodium from the seeds)
Steps:  Goal 12, 000 (setting the bar higher today 5,500 so far)
Exercise:  30 Wall Push ups...
Attitude:  Focused

This is my plan for the day . I never know whether situations make plans change though

protein drink for breakfast and lunch   shrimp salad for dinner. Evening snack will be
a jello choc/mint pudding with some whey krisps mixed in.

I am going to stay on program because I gained 2 lbs over easter.

I am so glad you are adding pictures.  I always have wanted to see a visible of what other sleevers eat.  This gives me a good example of how much other sleevers actually eat.  What are the lettuce wraps??? Is it turkey salad?

Hey there,

The lettuce wraps were only:
3oz's Tuna
3 tbsp Hellmans olive oil mayo
celery and onions oh and the lettuce...LOL

I had the tomato later for a snack.

Ho hum......hall of shame here........I think I was extra hungry because my calories were so low yesterday, but I wasn't hungry yesterday.  Hopefully it will even out. 

B-coffee, splenda cream, one slice GF Rudi's toast with butter

L-4 ounce ground chicken pattie sauted with 3 cherry tomatos, a few slices of onion and red pepper, topped with 1/2 ounce Asiago cheese

3:30 PM slump-12 tator tots topped with melted cheese
coffee, splenda and cream

D- 4 ounce ground chicken pattie sauted with 3 cherry tomatos, a few slices of onion and red pepper, topped with 1/2 ounce Asiago cheese

Not enough protein.........I may add a shake if I'm hungry later

No need to feel shameful! We all have days where we chew a little more than others... :)  Tomorrow is a new day.  You have come to far to feel shameful.  We are all in this together.  I think I would do better if they just stopped making potato chips and sweets.

AAWWW...thank you!!  If they stopped making chocolate too,  I would be better off!  Crabby, but better off!

This afternoon, I remembered that I had not taken my PPI this morning.  Without it, I am always thinking I'm hungry, and all it is is stomach acid fooling me.  That PPI is so important.

I know many people take it at night, for me, I reap the most benefit from taking it in the morning.  It suppresses my appetite all day.

Tomorrow is a new day, I shall take my PPI and plan better.

Isn't it CRAZY how the acid makes us THINK or feel hungry.  I instantly now that I need to take my PPI when all of a sudden out the blue I feel hungry.
