For me, I had gained 8 pounds (went from 117.8 to 125.8) I have been working on trying to eat right and daily exercise, again.
I come on here everyday for support, even if I don't post.
Todays weight was 121.8 for me. I'm working on it!

yay queenyoyo for being back with us. you will drop those extras. i only lost because i took a trip out of town and always seem to lose on those. coconut balls are not diet food thats for sure. glad they are far away. 121 is a good weight. i should gain a couple back but i just have this mental thing against doing it. i think they will reappear one of these days on their own so why try.
