Monday Stuff/ Transition Time
yay, a meal that is both physically and emotionally satisfying is a big help and better than just eating less than satisfactory stuff because you will just keep eating. learned that lesson the hard way.
you mentioned you have a long commute. I know when i used to do that i would arrive home frazzled and hungry and grab any old thing i could and it was downhill from there. is there a way to make commute more pleasant? books on tape or music? a handful of almonds or pepitos as a car snack or commuter cup of hot tea to soothe the drive and help you arrive home less stressed? that commute was one of my biggest stressers and maybe there is a way to make to soften it. of course, maybe you already do this and if so, "never mind".
