your plan was a good one, Cindy, you are just going back to it and today will be better.

stress is a big factor in my over eating lately, worry about money & my job situation. I need to be aware of it and know that eating doesn't HELP and have a plan for dealing with problem for real. my self hypnosis CDs help.  thinking about a new plan where I try to do one every day but - like "no eating while watching TV" I don't want to start a bunch of new stuff all at once.

Tuesday

I didn't weight and will not.  I am doing something new (and slightly scary) not exercising right away in the morning. I have some other stuff to do and will exercise later and then post about it. I posted on the MB asking for a catchy name for Transition Time/Danger Zone/Late Day Challenge. I think a catchy name will help!

folks, let's GO!

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

PM me if you are interested in either of these.

 Mission Statement:
I will weigh weekly on Sunday
I will measure and take pictures on Sunday

Goals:
To fit BACK into my size 12s
To reduce my waist to 38 (from 42), my Hip/Butt to 45 (from 49.5) and my Thigh to 24 (from 27)

Thoughts:
- There must be some binging vibe going on have we put to much pressure on ourselves?  Well maybe but I think it'll pass.  Last night I stuffed but at least it was just protein leftovers, then I went to the peanuts and craisins, all in all I COULD have stopped on the way home and got a donut but I didnt.
- Today is a new day and since I was munching on sunflower seeds I will increase my water from 3 liters to 4.
- I'm just super determined and am trying my BEST not to eat sweets...

good for you for adding water and not eating the donut.

as far as the binging vibe - I have always done it frequently except for a period of, I don't know, a year post-op.  but the severity has gone down for years, now, and by that I don't mean the amount of food but the amount of out-of-controllness.

you know the kind of binge were you are so out of touch with your feelings and action that you don't even know you are doing it until it's over or maybe half way through? I used to do that - sort of "come to" and think, **** I already ate this and this and now I am really full and I don't even know what happened??

I never do that anymore. I am much more aware and in control, even when I binge - which by definition is out of control.  not sure if that's clear but it's a good thing, I know this much!!

Oh yes I remember those binging days and just being like WTF.  I agree NOW I'm more aware and that's a beginning I would guess =)
