Dee, I want you to think about how you would talk to Cindy or any of us that had eaten chocolate and felt bad - would you feel we had behaved shamefully? would you be angry with us?  I use those words because that is the words you used for yourself.

it is not only OK to be kind to yourself, it's the best thing you can do. 

learning to deal with hard times, stress, emotions that scare us, by not using food is not something we learn right away. we learn it slowly and make mistakes along the way.

be kind to yourself!!!

Congrats on being 4.2 pounds lighter on your feet!!!  You must be so happy about that!!!!  I am waiting with baited breath to get into the 150's.  I've been here in the 160's for an eternity...

B-Coffee, splenda and halfa nd half

B2-2 ounces of grilled chicken, 1/4 cup beans

L-meh...nothing

3:30 PM slump-coffee, cream and splenda, 6 pieces of Mrs. Mays triple berry crunch (almonds and fruit), 2 squares of Hershey's milk chocolate

D-3 ounces grilled BBQ beef,  4 cherry tomatos

S-1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries sprinkled with splenda
