Yesterday was GREAT I did everything I set out to do

- Today I will walk 10,500 steps
- Today I will do 30 wall pushups
- Today I will do 30 sit ups

VSG on 09/20/10 with
Only 2 miles today with my little huffing, puffing pooch.  Apparently she cannot tolerate the heat.  She kept sprawling out on the ground!  Guess I'll have to go it alone!
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost
