This sounds great. Where do you get it? I live in the boonies so probably have to order.
My surgeon told me about a good protein pudding called Stallone made by the actor but they don't make it anymore.
A decent substitute is one of those little sugar free puddings with a half scoop of protein powder mixed in.

Bodytech Dutch Chocolate Protein Pudding made by Vitamin Shoppe. Shipping is cheaper on Amazon. I think it's 145 calories, 4 carbs, 25 protein. I add a sprinkle of Chocolate Whey Crisps and it makes a nutty like chocolate pudding. I often eat that for breakfast.
I liked the Stallone. My body building boss had some in the office. When I went to look for it, discovered it was no longer made so had to hunt down this replacement.
