Hey Cindy I just read that you hurt your neck and back?  Are you all right?

So my goals this week are to increase my steps by 500 per day, and my push ups & sit ups by 5.

- Today I will walk 8,000 steps
- Today I will do 30 wall pushups (done)
- Today I will do 30 sit ups

Ya dang!!  I was startled awake by an amorous husband, and in my excitement I pulled my neck, shoulder and back.  We never did get to make love damn it!!

We reacted quickly and got some muscle relaxants and I lied down nice and level.  I have been popping the muscle relaxants/anti inflamatories  all day...  and trying not to seize up.

I layed down and went back to sleep.  Then had breakfast, then went for a nice long walk, knowing I could not do my floor exercises or weights today...

Still in a lot of pain, but manageable!

Good for you for planning on the increases in your exercises, I am so proud of you!

Big hugs, we are doin' it honey!!

Cindy

I did my 3 mile fast walk/jog with my little psycho doggie.  She konked out about 3/4 of the way through, I had to carry her home!  It's hot out today, she didn't like that .  Then I rode my bike for a bit.  I'll do strength after the TURKEY!!!!!

Hi Debby,

I will be fine in a few days, quite a bit of pain, but managing it today!!  Did not let it affect my walk, went longer, but could not do my floor exercises or weights.
