I really really see a difference (or it's just delirium from not getting on the scale, lol). I'm very much on track. Although I did have some of my honey's drink last night.

Doing real well today, but worked to hard and ended up back in the sitting position.....sigh.....but at least I know complete healing is coming..

L- 4 ounce ground chicken pattie with onions and peppers
S- 1/2 cup refried beanswith cheddar cheese
D- 4 ounces marinated lime chili chicken breast, grilled with red peppers (Kabobs)

Went to the Dallas Farmers Market today and ate a ton of fresh fruit and veggies and some local sustanable grilled chicken dish....THEN went to Cupcake Camp and sampled about a dozen different cupcakes!! Ooopsie! I just had one bite of each, but I am sure that equals about 2 cupcakes! Plus, carbs coma, just want to sleep!
