I really really see a difference (or it's just delirium from not getting on the scale, lol).  I'm very much on track.  Although I did have some of my honey's drink last night.

LND:  1oz Havarti
LNS:  N/A

B:  1 pork rib; 1/2 cup homemade Cole slaw

L:  3oz Rotisserie Chicken; 1/2 cup Cole Slaw

Doing real well today, but worked to hard and ended up back in the sitting position.....sigh.....but at least I know complete healing is coming..

One more pound and I'll be out of the 160's...yay....I've been in the 160's since January

B-2 cups of coffee with splenda and half and half

B- one egg on a slice of rudi's gluten free whole grain buttered toast, the egg was topped with Asiago cheese.....yum

L- 4 ounce ground chicken pattie with onions and peppers

S- 1/2 cup refried beanswith cheddar cheese

 D- 4 ounces marinated lime chili chicken breast,  grilled with red peppers (Kabobs)

S- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

vits-yes
exercise-housework and pool cleaning

I just realized...duh...I am at goal.  Wow...I should do a post.  Anyway!

L: melba toast, cheese, latte (out shopping)

D: we're going out  so steak for me!

Prince is in concert for like the last 2 WEEKS.  We got tickets for ONLY $25 (no extra charges)!!!  It's not really being advertised but I heard and I'm going!!

my friend from work was going friday night,  she got ticket on snubb something? hubb something? for $35  sounds like so much fun,  i'm jealous  :o) jeani

VSG on 05/19/09 with
Went to the Dallas Farmers Market today and ate a ton of fresh fruit and veggies and some local sustanable grilled chicken dish....THEN went to Cupcake Camp and sampled about a dozen different cupcakes!! Ooopsie! I just had one bite of each, but I am sure that equals about 2 cupcakes! Plus, carbs coma, just want to sleep!

Off plan much? I see lots of extra cardio in my future!
