129.2 lbs. this AM.  Like Elina, I do not understand my sleeve.  I've had a few days of relaxed eating, not really tracking, and my weight goes down.  I'll take it though, it's a new low for me!  Gives me incentive to hang in there.    Happy Easter!

Marie, I am right there with you.  I have been pretty relaxed, nothing drastic, just not measuring and recording and having some treats here and there, well I woke up to 102.8.  We have to be careful, however, just talked to my friends who is 5.5 years out and told him about this, he said not to get too comfortable with that, as around the three year mark this changed for him and he gained close to 20 lbs.  Now for him that is not very much as he was SMO before the VSG and is now maintaining with exercise the loss.  But he has not been able to get rid of the 20 lbs.   Just a warning for us, just because it easy now, don't get too ****y.  (That last part was aimed at myself).

Thanks Elina.  I am still pretty new at all this, so I do intend to not relax too often.  I know people that I work with who have regained quite a bit after WLS.  Non of them were sleeved, however.  They have RNY or bands.
Wow, you are really thin!  102.8!  I wouldn't be able to pull that off.  If I hit the mid 120's I will seriously try to put the brakes on it.  It's odd though, when I look in the mirror, I still see the same old fat me.  My head needs to catch up

You are right 102.8 is a bit thin even for me.  But to be honest it still looks pretty good.  I seem to start to look too thin around 101.  You wouldn't think there would be much difference, but for some reason there is quite a bit.  I think the two pounds come off directly from around my face and that makes a big difference.  If I lose any more, I will increase my fat intake.  I would eat more peanut butter and chose fattier meats, I would even eat the chicken skin.  Oh I love fried chicken skin.  This could seriously work to my advantage.  :)

I'm not understanding my sleeve either. I pretty much eat the same things every day. Not that imaginative or inventive when it comes to food (1,300 Calories 80 Grams of protein). I gained a pound on Friday and then close to three pounds today.

Only thing I've added differently was a slice of Banana Bread that my son made. One slice yesterday and one the day before.

I can't believe that the Bread could have that much of an impact on my weight. Yet I've gone up so much in a couple of days.

I kind of let myself go today as I got discouraged and it's Easter and the family had a big dinner.

Well back on program and tomorrow back to hitting the gym. Haven't gone in a couple of weeks although I have been walking more.

I know how discouraging that can be!  But you're an old pro.  I'm sure the couple of pounds will come off again.  Maybe there was more salt in the bread then you're used to.  A grown man of your size can't eat only 1300 cal/day and not lose weight.
