6. Vitamins & Supplements: Always!
30 Day No Weigh Challenge - Day 6
Mission Statement:
I pledge to not weigh for 30 Days, to do everything in my power to lose my bounce back weight, to increase my exercise daily, and to have a positive outlook. I pledge to take my mind and body to the next level and keep it there!! I offer my support to YOU and request your support to ME!! Let's do it!!
Random Thoughts:
- Well I am proud to say I got right back on track yesterday and did not go into some sort of carb spinout
- The other day I was freekin' out about my calories, when hubby pointed out, we don't count calories on Atkin's we count carbs, and we had only had 34 carbs... so I am trusting I am ok. Plus I had had dressing at dinner and lunch, and so my calories would normally be lower... so I am going to trust and just keep going with this eating plan for now...
- Ms. Shell has been talking about pics and measurements on Sunday, and I started talking about Sunday also... However, that would mean we had only completed 6 days... so we should actually be doing it on Monday... What does everyone want to do?? Sunday might be easier for the people that work on Monday morning, but Monday would may give us better results... Let me know ok?
- My sister just sent me some before and after pics of a new diet and exercise regiem she is on. I am going to look into the exercises she is doing... she looks fabulous! However, at first glance I feel intimidated because I am so out of shape that way. But I am going to do it anyway :)

30 minutes of Motion DONE.
I find I am ramping up the intensity just because I feel like it. I'm no runner yet, but I move more vigorously all the time: I go by how it feels.
I won't be doing pictures and I think I won't measure until the end but this morning I tried on a pair of jeans that were a wee bit too tight before - and now...they are just fine.
it's a small difference but it's there. YAY!
the scale is not necessary or helpful for me right now.

Mission Statement:
I will NOT weigh again during the full 30 days.
I will measure and take pictures every Sunday.
Goals:
To fit BACK into my size 12s.
To reduce my weight to 38, my Hip/Butt to 45 and my Thigh to 24.
Thoughts:
- I'm seriously considering giving my boyfriend my scale.
- I am doing mine on Sunday because that's when I started.
- I think I see a difference in the mirror (which makes me want to get on the scale which is why the scale must go, lol).
- Off get to my hair done

Hey sweetie, is that what you're doing atkins? i was gonna try doing a liquid diet but the shakes leave me starving, so i'm floundering around here :o( i think you are doing great. I'm not good with taking/posting pictures, this weekend is the los gatos meet up and jenn is taking pictures so i will finally get a new avatar hopefully i will look good lol Its certainly taking me longer than i thought it would but thats ok, my main reason for surgery were all health related and Thank God all of those have been resolved. So i'm glad its the weekend, i wish all continued success and i'm either gonna go take a walk or a nap? probably both but not sure in which order. :o) jeani

Yes we are trying to follow Atikins, not Induction, but as low carb as we comfortably can... It worked for you before, you should try it again.
I can't wait to see your up to date pics!
Glad you are healthy, but look forward to the day you yell GOAL!! Just keep plugging away at ti.
