Brisk walk  of 4 miles.

Day 2 of 30 Day Challenge - Increase Daily:  Not Done  -  (numbers in brackets are from other days)

-  Knee Push Ups - (4) (5) (6) (7) (8)
-  Leg Raises - (27) (34) (40) (46) (49) per leg total (front, back, side)

Good morning all!!  I'm so excited with my new toy (a pedometer that I wear 24/7) it really helps since my exercise right now is walking so I can just see with a touch how many steps I've gone!!  LOVE IT.

Today I will do 7,500 steps.
Today I will do 25 wall push ups.

Had a great workout. I rode my bike to the lake, swam with the New to the Sport group, taught them how to dolphin dive, tried to run, then biked home.

I'm screwed on my running though. And I have race next Sunday.
