TGIF folks...I just came back from a 2 mile dog walk loving my new resolve...

Quick post....have to sneak time in right now.  Hopefully by end of day things will get back to normal at work.

Exercise...I just don't know.

It just hit me that the 29th I go on a 10 day vacation!!  Yeah!  No scale will be available.  Now to just get my meals and snacks planned since we will be in our camper.  That is one way I can control what I eat.  If it is not available, I can't eat it.  Can't wait!

B: chocolate low-fat soy milk latte- love them-35 cal.
     two hard boiled eggs and two laughing cow cheeses mixed together
S:  Skipped it
L:  one cup of homemade chicken soup with lots of chicken
D: Turkish restaurant with friends, I looked at the menu on line and I think I will ask for kabobs with salad rather than rice.  Looks like my husband with get a meal and a half today.  I would ask him to share but I know he wants the stuffed eggplant dish.  The hard part will be staying away from their famous baklava.  I don't know if I can do it, I don't even know if I want to do it, we'll just see I badly I want it tonight.  I am going dancing with friends afterwords, so I will burn some calories and I am on the low end of my range now at 103 even today.  I might splurge.

Starting to feel slightly better today.  I'm very slowly cleaning out my pantry with breaks in between.

B-coffee, splenda half and half

L-ground chicken burger .5 ounce gruyere cheese, 2TBSP red peppers and onions. 4 cherry tomatos, 1TBSP light ranch

3:30 slump-4 Mary's gone wild gluten free crackers.  one GF cookie, cup of coffee with splenda, half and half

D- 1 Aidells chicken and apple sausage (GF and organic) sausage dip- unsweetened apple sauce
snack later=whey protein/mootopia shake

lunch  a slice of salami and a low fat colby jack cheese stick

dinner will be Greek Salad with lam Gyro meat

I will have a hard time passing up the baklava too, but I will do it cause
I  know there will be Easter candy this weekend.

snack evening will be mint choc jello sf pudding.

did you get yourself an attitude adjustment or what? I am liking "Attitude: Resolved!" !!!!


Breakfast:  lots of coffee, went to Subway and got a ham/egg/cheese English Muffin with veggies. ate half about 9 am and half maybe 10:30 or so.

Lunch: fish fillet from the hospital lunchroom. breaded, but no bun and no tartar sauce

snacks: one Sytrax nectar Natural drink, one peanut butter cookie (small)

supper: tomato salad with roasted onion

evening: ?  might eat an apple or cut into my pineapple

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

That's funny...I'm in the mood for hot chocoa tonight...even though it was hot out today.  I have some sugar free packets in the pantry.....good idea!
