Day 2 of 30 Day Challenge - Increase Daily:  Done -  (numbers in brackets are from other days)

-  Leg Raises - (27) (34) (40) (46) 49 per leg total (front, back, side)

Hey all I'm still in the game.

I will walk 10,000 steps
I will do 10 floor pushups
I will do 25 situps
I will bounce on my trampoline for 10 minutes
