I am sending you strength vibes!  you decided not to weight, so don't. after all, learning to trust ourselves is important.

so you need to trust that when you say you are going to do something, you are.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

Hi Ms Shell,

I am sorry I ate the pizza also, but you know what, it is not the end of the world, I am right back on track today, and I feel strong and dedicated.  I see it as progress that I did not go hog wild after and have a drink, go to the store for some sweet treats, binge on something else here...  I did good.

I could blame it on hubby, but that would not be fair.  We had decided to eat out, then he found the pizza in the freezer and we had that instead...  it was so good...  ooops...

It's funny how much we rely on the scale eh?  I get these waves of fear, what if I am doing all this, and I don't lose?  What if I think I am doing well and I am not?  What if I gain?  What if I lose a whole month?

Then I talk myself down, knowing none of that is rational...  I am doing the right things, I will lose, I know I am doing well, I won't gain and I sure won't lose a whole month, in fact in a month from now I will be at or a lot closer to my goal of 140 lbs.  Plain and simple... trust...

You will see the numbers on Sunday, they will just be different numbers :)
