Gawd, why cant I exercise?

Gosh, I am just the opposite...I can't understand how people hate to exercise so much, lol.  I've been exercising in some form or fashion for more than 20 years and the last 12 years I have been in to bodybuilding.  I freak out if I have to miss a session. I train  with weights 3 times a week for an hour and do a little cardio too.  I bet I've missed maybe 20 sessions in 12 years!  Just try to find something you love.

Hey Babs,  i have always hated exercising.  All i ever did was walk,  then i got some hand weights and loved that but now i have found kettlebells,  weights that look like a kettle without the spout.  Now  i LOVE to exercise.  20-30 mins 3 days a week can make a huge difference in your body.  I am already so much stronger. I am sad on the days i can't do it because you have to rest a day in between so your muscles can heal and grow.   I went to youtube and was watching exercise videos and saw the kettlebells.  If you're interested go to youtube and check them out  :o) jeani
