Happy HUMPDAY for those in the middle of your work week!!

LND:  My 2 piece Popeyes Tuesday
LNS:  2 Tbsp Cottage Cheese

B:  Carb Master Yogurt
S:  Coffee
L:  1/2 Cup Chicken Vegetable Soup; Salad
S:  ??
D:  Premier Chocolate Shake; 2 Scoops Click; Ice & Blend
S:  ??

Water:  Goal 100oz (64oz ALREADY)
Steps:  Goal 10,000 (2,500 so far)
Exercise:  Formal 1 mile walk @ lunch; 25 Wall Push Up; 25 Squats
Vitamins:  On target

B:  2 egg omlette, with cream cheese and italian sausage
S:  15 Almonds
L:  Cabbage Salad with cheese, ground chicken, onions, olives  & ranch dressing
S:  15 Almonds, 5 more, small piece of cheese, grazing again!  Stop!!
D:  Shrimp with Ranch Dressing
S:  SF Yogurt

VSG on 09/01/08 with
LND...Venison, Cheese, Noodle something that John cooked.  Not low carb at all but hey...he cooked so I ate.
LNS..Fresh strawberries and peanuts

Breakfast....Cottage Cheese, Fresh Strawberries
Snack.........3 cups coffee...busy morning
Snack.........2 oz cheese
Lunch.........2 oz hamburger, 1 oz cheese, fresh asparagus
Snack.........2 oz cheese
Dinner.........Beef brisket, pickled asparagus, maybe beets
Snack.........Fresh strawberries, peanuts

58 oz water so far, more to go
Exercise......15 push ups, some walking, more to come

Still feeling blah from gallbladder surgery.  Inpatiently waiting to be myself again.
