Day 2 of 30 Day Challenge - Increase Daily:  Done -  (numbers in brackets are from other days)
-  Sit Ups - (5) (6) (7) 8
-  Knee Push Ups - (4) (5) (6) 7
-  Leg Raises - (27) (34) (40) 46 per leg total (front, back, side)
-  Crunches - (15)(20) (20) 25
-  Hand Weights-  (5) (6) (7) 7 each per arm (

I'm here girl...just busy today.

I WILL walk my 10,000 steps (and I'm thrilled to say I've been exceding it everyday.

VSG on 09/20/10 with
Fast walk of a short 2 miles with maniacal pooch.  I've been slacking off for the last few days, I have to get my head back in the game! 
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost
