I'm now jogging some, never planned on doing this, but, a few weeks ago after a meal at my new son-in-law's home, he jokingly told me that he would give me a dollar for every lap I could run around his house. Boy, I had him worried before I stopped, needless to say, I believe he will think twice before challenging me again.  Altough, I didn't charge him for all the laps (17), it was so much fun and most of the grands were running with me!!!  This started me off to thinking about jogging some, in the last 2-3 weeks, I've worked up from 5 minutes to 20 minutes. I'm very careful due to an existing hip condition.

I'm still counting calories on myfitnesspal.com, this is working really great for me now.  I thought I would be a low-carber for the rest of my life, but as long as this is working, I enjoy it so much more, so much more variety for someone who doesn't like to cook.  If at some point, I need to I will go back to low-carbing, I want to be willing to make whatever changes needed to stay a sucessful VSG'er!!!

 Hi June,

I wanted to congratulate you and let you know that the color of your font is really hard to read.  Mostly congrats though, lol!
