Gail, I didn't know you started doing the Reformer.  I really love my classes that I'm taking and find them very challenging.  I have to admit to liking the beginners class best because my back injury flares a bit in the more advanced classes.  Tomorrow I'm back in a beginner's class which is a great companion to my weekly pilates mat class.  I think that when I get back from NY I have to seriously think about adding a weight trainer to my weekly routine.  I'm just not getting it together on my own.  I get down into my gym 2x a week for weights but I would be more effective with a trainer.  I'm just nervous about my healing back injury.  Years ago I had a trainer that pushed me and my back went out a few times.

I love your numbers, but nothing says it better than your pix.  You look amazing, healthy and strong.  I wish to be you when I grow up.

Your stats are very IMPRESSIVE!!! I really, really need to have a hydrostatic weighing, so that I can focus less on a certain number. I reached my goal of 110 and some days, I am a bit under that, but I don't want to freak out, if I put on a few more pounds of muscle weight. I am only 4'11, so my current weight is reasonable. I have been working out with a trainer since December and I have definitely gained some definition in my arms and legs. I think there is muscle under my loose abdominal skin. Still have the batwings, but the top of my arms shows some muscle, which I really like.

You are very inspirational!!!

Youza! You are rock solid! I will do this when I get the chance.

The army method of measuring body fat percentage had me at about 30%, which is considered acceptable, but I don't know how accurate it is.

Thanks Margo.  This puts me at 33%.  My Tanita says around 34 so they are close.
