wow, plastics?!  that is so exciting, what are you having done?

don't worry, I made the flaming face but I am not beating myself up. instead, I have a plan!  later, when I"m not at work.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.
