VSG on 09/20/10 with
Hi guys.  I'm back.  I caved and weighed myself today.  I can't go 30 days!  So today I weighed 130.1 lbs.  Up a bit from my low.  I'm not too surprised, since I've been doing some strength training.  I need to keep a close eye though.
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost

I was at 133.4 this morinng so I am down a little more than a lb. I am very 
happy!!!    

Thank Goodness there will be a few days before Easter. I don't want to gain over Easter but there will be candy and probably a dessert to test my willpower.

Good job on the pound, and don't worry about Easter, just put brackets around it.  Be clear with yourself about when it starts and when it ends.  Set the limit before Easter.  As long as it's just one day and you know that it want trigger a binge for you, you should be OK.  For some of us, even one meal with too much carbs triggers hunger and binge eating, others can bracket foods in or out, you need to know where you fall in this equation.  If you know your eating history, and you know you will be triggered, don't do it, otherwise relax but have boundaries.  I seem to be able to do it, but I know others that can't and shouldn't for do it for their health and mental sanity.
