Good for you!! You know together we can do almost anything eh? If you know we are all going through the same thing, sometimes it is easier...
- Knowing some of us have anxiety over not weighing can be reassuring
- Knowing some of us struggle with carbs can be reasurring
- knowing some of us are content where we are and don't feel like getting back on track, but we are anyway, can be reassuring...
What I am trying to say is that a few of us are going through the same thing, be reassured you are not doing all this alone, some of us are struggling right along with you...

Hey sweetie, thanks. Yes i am walking every day but i have also started lifting weights and now i got a couple of kettlebells and i love doing it lol never enjoyed exercising before. My body is changing, slowly but this last 15lbs is proving very challenging. Oh well, i live in hope. Good luck to you too :o) jeani
Loves the fact Chris took the scales away! I don't feel bad at all. Even with the day I had yesterday. I feel lighter. I only had 1100 ish calories. And they werren't donuts and chips, it was decent food.
NSV for me yesterday, my g/f sent me home with 3 of those Mr.Big vachon cakey things and I gave mine to Chris. She gave us 1/2 the box so she wouldn't eat them all...So, it all worked out.

I am in this for 30 days and will be accountable for every living minute of it. I will not weigh in those 30 day and be lowering my bodies fat content! I will eat how I am outlined to do by my nutritionist. I will walk and exercise up and above what I already do in a normal day.

Guys, Thanks for the positive feedback! I am very self-consicious about my body. I see only the bad and really haven't had any positive feedback, not even from myself. I think if I can get in the habit of exercise some of the flab will go away and I will be more content. 30 days will tell the story. I am in it for the long run!
Yeah Cindy...GREAT for you yesterday. I actually deviated from my plan BUT it was peanuts and craisins (dried cranberries) so it wasn't to bad. Monday's & Wednesday's I go watch bowling with my honey so from now on I will PLAN better and have something READY to eat. I forgot all about my yogurt but thanks for the ideas.
