Get Ready!  Get Set!  Go!!  Let's Get Movin'!!! 

Brisk walk  of 2.5 miles.

Day 2 of 30 Day Challenge - Increase Daily:  Done -  (numbers in brackets are from other days)
-  Sit Ups - (5) (6) 7
-  Knee Push Ups - (4) (5) 6
-  Leg Raises - (27) (34) 40 per leg total (front, back, side)
-  Crunches - (15)(20) 20
-  Hand Weights-  (5) (6) (7) each per arm (
various)

10 push ups done
Lots of steps in today at work....busy.

I am THRILLED to report on this thread that YESTERDAY I did a massive 14,500 steps for a total of 6.4 miles. 

Today my goal is 10,000 steps
Today I will do 25 wall push ups
Today I will do 25 squats
