SLEEVIN' & ACHIEVIN' & 30 Day No Weigh Challenge, Wednesday Apr20/11
HI Dee,
Glad you had a pretty good day yesterday. I find it strange to not be weighing also. I look forward to it every morning, and my mornings are not the same with out it. But I will adjust... and it is only for 30 Days, and seeing the result after 30 Days will be soooooooo worthwhile.
Enjoy your protein shakes for breakfast, if they turn out to not be enough, be sure to bring a healthy snack to much on.
If you have to travel out of town, just make a plan and prepare! You can do it...
I have noticed all restaurnats serve meat, fish, eggs, etc. and salads or veggies, so there is no reason we can't stay on plan. I also find, when it is appropriate, to just go to a super market and buy my dinner fresh right there. I buy a hunk of cheese, a hunk of meat, etc. you get the idea. It is fresh and delicious and on plan, and every town has one... YOU CAN DO THIS!
Yep it is just one day, we are already on Day 3, just 27 more to go. We can and will do this, and the scale will reward us for it.

I will measure and take pictures every Sunday.
Goals:
To fit BACK into my size 12s.
To reduce my weight to 38, my Hip/Butt to 45 and my Thigh to 24.
Thoughts:
- Well not only am I working on the physical me I'm working on the house keeper me. I spent most of the evening just cleaing my room. I want to be smaller in size and less cluttered in home by the end of the year and I will be.
- I have MY plan and I'm sticking to it. I know my maintenance calories (as I'm a weighing/measuring/logging crazy woman) are about 1000-1500 so my goal is to LOG everything and it must be under 800-900ish. On the days I'm planning to eat other food I'll make the BEST choice and will have my home made low calorie soup for a meal.

I am so excited that I dropped another lb. I am really hoping to drop another one this week. I can't believe how long it's taking to lose 8 lbs but this will be such a good lesson for me when I think I need to throw caution to the wind next Christmas season!

It feels fabulous to be back on track and getting this off, I don't ever want to take my weight or sleeve for granted again.
