14 months post op - Size 8 Jeans - Update and before/after pics
Whoootwhoot!! Great job, Margo!! You will find more consistent exercise will shift your body around some. In the last 6 months, I gained 4 pounds of dry weight, am the same size - but when you look at my body composition that gain of 4 dry pounds compositionally (?) equals a gain of 8 pounds of muscle and a loss of 3 pounds of fat. Whooot! I will take it - anyway, that to say, the exercise will change you more than you can see!
And I bet 3 to 5 pounds changes the fit of those 8s :}
You have done a marvelous job!! Not squeezing and laser beam staring at "goal" but going back and straightening up any loose ends, extras will definitely serve you well, I believe!!
You have done such great work! I am proud on you! I know you are proud on you too!!

Way to go! You really look great. When you lose 5lbs, those jeans will be perfect for work, and tooo big to go out in on a Friday night. (smile). That is something that I am slowly getting used to. The thought of only needing to drop 5 to 10lbs. I am so used to needing to lose LARGE double and triple digit numbers, that the sound of 5lbs or 10lbs is unreal to me. In my mind, I am like it's only 5lbs, but in reality, 5lbs at my current weight is a lot.
