Get Ready!  Get Set!  Go!!  Let's Get Movin'!!! 

Brisk walk  of 3 miles.

Day 2 of 30 Day Challenge - Increase Daily:  Done -  (numbers in brackets are from other days)
-  Sit Ups - (5) 6
-  Knee Push Ups - (4) 5
-  Leg Raises - (27) 34 per leg total (front, back, side)
-  Crunches - (15) 20
-  Hand Weights-  (5) 6 each per arm (
various)

Steps....Walked a mile at lunch in additon to my daily steps.  Yea me!!
Strength....So far 15 push ups...more to come

I can't believe I am actually working in exercise into my daily routine!  Maybe some of this hanging flab will go away.....

Me too!!  And the weird thing is I might actually come to like it....

Right now when I am doing my floor exercises, I feel every bone and muscle, I look forward to toughening up a bit.

We can do this, flab be gone!

Walking:  3 miles with PSYCO dog!
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost
