S: 6:00 Turkey pepperoni stick
D: 7:301/2 Grilled Ham/Cheese Sandwich
S: 9:00 onwards Mini orange, All Bran bar, corn beef.....I'm pickingggggggggg...or is this called grazing!!! :-(
Coffee, so I won't pick...I mean grazing!!..I have to admit is it grazing!!!

I had to go back and count what I had eaten today and it is about 1100 calories...I was beating myself up about it. I think I had a late start at eating and it seemed like so much! Thanks for listening/reading!

Water: 24oz's (Not enough)
Vits: Yes
Exercise: Walking

Yes it's called grazing...IF and that's IF you are mindlessly eating it.  Sometimes we say things like "ok  it was JUST X calories" the problem isn't always the calories BUT the behavior ya know.

Hi Ms Shell!

I am much less specific with my eating plan, what I find works for me is having a lot of good options available and planning ahead for "danger zones" like donuts at work and so forth. in general I reply a lot on frozen dinners (Amy's) and am trying to gradually add more of my own cookie.

today I am home on a cold, rainy day and will be baking a chicken and whatever veggies I have (potatoes and onions, for sure) then I will make soup probably Thursday.

I also have a bunch of fruit that won't ripen, darn it, and I think I will go post this on the MB for the most traffic.

Hey Jackie darlin it's about whatever works for YOU.  I plan my meals mostly breakfast and lunch and visualize dinner/snack.  Darn that won't ripen fruit =(
