Would you all like me to post overhere as well?  For our daily accountability?  If so here's my plan of action for the day!!

So yesterday I cleaned out the pantry and made Chicken Vegetable Soup...it has Chicken; Celery; Carrots; Onions; String Beans and a can of diced tomatoes.  Accompanying that will be salad for lunch this week.  Dinner is always a "wild" card.  Today I'm making Shrimp Stirfry Shrimp; Bean Sprouts; Mushrooms; Onion all sauted using chicken broth w/1 tsp oil; add in 1 tbsp soy sauce and there we go.  Yesterday as an experiment I took 1/2 cup cottage cheese and about 1 tbsp sf vanilla pudding mix and tossed it in the food processor (needed a little water to help it mix).  It was pretty delicious.  But I think I'm going to invest in my OLD favorite of SF popcicles...

B:  Carb Master Yogurt
S:  2 cups Coffee; 2 tbsp Half & Half; 2 tsp SF Almond Roca Syrup
S:  1/2 Medium Grapefruit
L:  3/4 cup Chicken Vegetable Soup; 1 cup Salad w/ Balsamic & Basil vinegrette
