I am like a junkie with my scale, I need my daily weight to keep me in the game.  So I can't do this with you ladies, but I will be cheering you on every step of the way.  This is a great experiment and I can't wait to see how you all do.

Cindy, I want to thank you again for starting this.
 
I've known for awhile that I was using my scale as an excuse and I let it keep me from doing what I really want: make exercise a permanent part of my life regardless of what I weigh.
 
I accomplished weight loss and now I can do this.  the feeling is wondeful! 

today I talked to one of the PTs I work with about exercises for my needs and once home I did some stretches on the ball.   DONE!

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

This is quite the journey eh Jackie!?

I love that you are using this Challenge to fit what works for you.  I think it is  neat that you have taken it and made it into something that will help you get to the next level on this incredible journey. 

It is great, we are all here working on something anyway, why not join us, but incorporate exercise into your life for the next 30 Days.  

If you succeed at doing this exercising for 30 Days, you will be on your way, as it only takes 21 days to form a habit right?

I am proud of you and look forward to watching you progress.  Your body, energy and stamina are going to improve through out this Challenge and it will be neat to hear the changes you experience.

OK, now I'm thinkin you gals may be on to something.  I wonder if I could live without my scale for a month.  .  I think I am gonna give it a try.  Here goes!

Todays weight:129.9 lbs.
Measurements (damn, I have to put my bra on for this!)
Hmmmp, dang, can't find the measuring tape.
OK, I'll have to go to the store tomorrow and get a tape.
More to come!
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost

Ahtta Girl!!!  You can do it, if we can!!  It's not like many of us have done this before..  (I have, but not sure others have...)  We can and will do this, and the scale will reward us.

Measure and take pics tomorrow...

Deep into the 120's is yours for the taking now!
