  Daily Exercise Check In - Monday, Apr18/11 

Get Ready!  Get Set!  Go!!  Let's Get Movin'!!! 

Brisk walk  of 2.5 miles in 45 mins.

Day 1 of 30 Day Challenge - Increase Daily:
-  Sit Ups - 5
-  Knee Push Ups - 4
-  Leg Raises - 27 per leg total (front, back, side)
-  Crunches - 15
-  Hand Weights- various

I walked 2.5 miles today 

30 Day Challenge - Increase Daily:

-  Knee Push Ups -5
-  Leg Raises - 2 sets of 10
-  Crunches -10
-  Hand Weights- 3 set of 12 curls 
                          3 sets of 12 punches
                          3 sets of 12 overhead
                          3 sets of 12 rowing
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.

What the heck??  Did you do the same floor exercises as I did this morning?? 

Or did you copy that by mistake?? 

Either way, that is hillarious!

I have been introverted for a bit, I come and go in cyles, but I must take a moment and say I love your short posts here, you are adorable, you often make me smile and I have wanted to comment on it before, so there you have it.

Silly me!!!! I thought those were goals for the day!  I was going to modify the numbers right after I finish the floor exercises. .   I do short posts because I have a short attention span!!!

Yep I am from Canada...

Have lived in Belize since 2005!!

You should come and visit it is gorgoeus.

Cardio: I walked 13,250 steps today.

Strength Training: I did 25 Wall Push Ups; 25 Sit Ups
