Walked a few miles on the Boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ.  Beautiful day!
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost

today I got in 15 minutes of official exercise, and at least 15 minutes of yardwork. I also looked up core exercises to do on my ball starting tomorrow.

I'm not going to be on this thread for the next month as I'll be posting on the S&A challenge.

Decided to kick it in the A$$ on the exercise part and have actually decided I kinda like it. Weird, huh?? Some of my life issues (sick elderly parent) are better and I am back to focusing on me. Yeah me time!!

AM: 20 minutes Cardio Boxing
PM: 3 mile walk w/some jogging (trying to stay up with the grand girl on her bike)
HW: 228/GW: 140/CW: 134

My weekend daily steps goal is 7,500 HARD to do when I'm couch potatoing.  So far I've got 5,500 after walking Billy Dee and you guessed it.  Once the sun goes down I'll be walking BD again.

11,000 steps and painted 2 rooms.   This is the first time that I have sat down today and it's almost midnight.  Well, off to bed to get a little shut eye before the next round of painting tomorrow.
