To Do List Before Monday:

-  Buy Apples - forget it!!  I am not paying that for those imported crappy apples, i will re-think this one...  or wait until some nice fresh ones come in...  
-  Cook up a bunch of ground chicken - bought it, now need to cook it...
-  Cut up all Vegetables - Done
-  Cut up Cheeses - bought it, now need to cut it...

make better food choices today than yesterday (our company takes us to the races and i won some money yahoo,  and because we have a banquet they devote one of the races to our company and they take a picture of some of us in the winners circle,  well for some reason i was picked to get my picture taken,  well i was blown away as we always say, every year when this happens, they always pick the cute ones as the picture goes up in the office,  so i was shocked to be picked.  But i did eat off program so no getting on the scale for me today  lol
first goal :165 reached
new goal: 160  working on it

Mini Goal 165...again...

Todays goal...make food plan and stick to it...other than the 4 cheezits and 2 table spoons of chocolate ice cream...check

That's great Jeanie. I know you were stuck at 1 67 for awhile.

I am trying to get back to 130 but seem to be stuck at 134 right now. I think it will drop, but who knows when.
