Hi Guys - almost at a year out

I can't believe it.   One year mark will be mine in three weeks.   I hit my goal a few months ago and have been pretty good at staying between 146-150 lbs.   I need to be a bit more consistent with my exercise (I admit, I still HATE exercise) but I"m faithful to at least two times a week with one time being a combination of Pilates / Yoga.  LOVE it.    I'm actually going to try running tonight ... or jogging ... but my goal is to go around the block faster than a walk ... without stopping.  

Still getting compliments and folks thinking I've lost more than I should because I"m finally wearing cute clothes that actually fit and hug some of my parts instead of just big floppy clothes.  

Going on a few vacations during the summer - one a week long cruise and one a 10 day motorcycle trip and I'll be taking cute shorts on both ... a first for me. 

I'll be a regular around here going forward.   I've not been faithful to OH recently and I miss my support from everyone.

You should be so proud of yourself.  You are going to enjoy your trips this summer, a slim trim woman!!
