today I am thinking some more about our upcoming challange and what my priorities.

I want to work on my AMP - Area of Maximum Pooch - and pretty much everything else in my life so I need to kind of whittle it down. focus!!

Cindy, what is your plan for your other two daily threads?  are you going to do all three or what?

I think I will just come here so as not to confuse myself LOL!  

now I'm going to go post on my Later Day Slump and how to combate it & then I'm going to go to work.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

HI There,

Yes I am going to post all 3 threads...

I find the folks that are maintaining don't need this thread, so I post the Daily Weigh in thread for them and all of us that are holding ourselves accountable.

I find this thread is for others that need more support, more accountability, more goals... that kind of thing...  and for those that have not lost all their wieght yet or have had a bit of a regain...  this thread offers more support...

And the exercise thread is set up for Diane, so that she and the others that don't exercise can get support and encouragement even if they are just doing 10 min a day...

So ya, I will continue all three.  But I will try to be more supportive here.  I have the kind of personality that comes and goes.  I love to set up challenges and encourage people, but I also need my space...  just the way I am... so like I said I come and go...  this time I have committed to myself to post all 3 threads daily whether I need my space or not.  So now just my participation comes and goes :)

Hey Cindy,

So here is what I've decided.  I will weigh in and take pictures on Monday (might not post the pictures because I might not have the time).  I will take NOT weighing in one day/week at a time.  I won't weigh in Wednesday that's a DEFINITE!!

Today I am wearing MY favorite pair of jeans that WERE getting to loose but today they are tight and ALL day long wearing them is going to anger me and motivate me to get back COMFORTABLE in them.

To Do List:
Grab size 12 Slacks - DONE
Get recipe ideas/meal plans for breakfast/lunch/dinner - DONE

Hi Shell,

Ok sounds good, I like it :)

How did it go with those tight jeans!  I can see how that would motivate you.  I stopped wearing these shorts when they became slightly tight.  I hated the way they sat on my belly.  I will pull them out again and put myself through it again, just to remind me to get this done!!

Looks like you need to add stuff to your To Do List - all done!! 

Looking forward to Monday.  I am thinking I might "Diet" to start, that I find easy, it is not binging and giving up that I find hard.  So I might as well start strong, it can only help...  we will see, it is only Saturday, so I will see how I feel on Monday!

I'm starting today just not posting till tomorrow.  I've already weighed and right after I post this I will be measuring.

The jeans went PERFECT just the reminder I needed to get it in gear.

Hi darlin' 
check in done (no time this morning, my company takes us to Santa Anita to the races every year,  buffet,  valet parking, $50 to bet with   Today i was one of the three people picked to get my picture taken in the winner's circle,  can't wait to see that picture.  I'm hoping this will be one i actually like for a change  Lol )
eating:  not so good today,  it was a eat bad stuff day for me but i wasn't too bad 
exercise :  will do my weights and kettlebell today
supplements,  missed my lunch ones  :o(  will take the rest later
weight : this morning still 165 (not sure i want to see tomorrow's)
So i'm thankful its  Friday and looking forward to the weekend
