2. Weigh: 149.4 lbs

Weight........129..up 1 lb
Breakfast..2 eggs fried in pam; lunch...beef jerky; snack...cheese; dinner...WOW..I have it planned!!!..venison browned with onion, cream cheese, rotels...YUM. I eat it plain, John eats it with chips.
Vits/Supl.....Done
Water.....In progress
Exercise....Walk and Rowing machine tonight...Planned.
Got to get in shape. We are planning a Vegas trip at the end of May with a much younger couple. Will be lots of walking. I have to be ready!

1. make good food plan and stick to it check Cal:1175 Carbs:28 Protein:117
2. take my vits check
3. take the dog for a walk he got muddy while mommy was working...so we have to have a doggie spa night....gonna burn up more cals anyway...lol
4. get my fluids up gonna spend some time working on that to night
5. have a positive attitude OH YEAH!!!! Pleanty of sunshine heading my way!!!!
