1. Check in: Done
2. Weigh: 148.6 lbs
3. Eat 3 meals & 2-3 snacks:
4. Water:
5. Exercise: 3 miles...

Finally
first goal: 165 It happened this morning. Thank God
New goal: 160 here i come
check in: done (late but done)
water: Finally working on getting in all the required fluids plus some
supplements
eating good:
exercise: will get to do my kettlebells today yeah
New plan of attack; I have decided i need to get serious again and lost these last 15 lbs. Once my perishables are gone i'm thinking of doing a liquid diet. I lost 18 lbs in the pre op so i'm hoping to get good results trying this again.
