Today is a good day but busy.  Life is good right now.

do 45 on the ellipticalents:
6.  Vitamins & Supplements : took iron must space out the rest

I don't know why there is a gain :(  I had a good eating day yesterday and worked out for a couple of hours.

Stuck to my plan for the third day in a row!!!!  Rewarded with a 2 lb loss!!!!

Been having trouble with vits...they make me feel full...so an attitude chage is in order...I am now using them to delay breakfest which delays my morning snack....hence I get in less snacking...its all in the attitude!!!!

Goals for tomorow:
1. make good food plan and stick to it
2. take my vits
3. take the dog for a walk
4. get my fluids up
5. have a positive attitude

Started the new diet, plan of attack,  i was very hungry today but i know the first three days are the hardest when starting a new regime.   So back to basics,  2 meals protein shake and sensible dinner,  do i sound like the slimfast commercial?  Ok  hope everyone is doing great  :o) Jeani
