So happy to join the Maintenance Forum....

since I reached goal today and I'm as happy as I can be.  I've been reading all along and have gotten so much valuable advice.  You guys rock!!!

Plus, there's lots of deep thinkers here. 

I love my sleeve!

Good for you!   I'm almost to goal.  This morning I was 1 pound from goal, but expect to see the scale go back up tomorrow.  I have been on liquids for a day to have a colonoscopy.  Now that I can eat again. I'm sure I'l be a little further from goal.  But I'll get there!

Welcome to our group.  We have some interesting conversations here and everyone is very supportive!

Some people might not support my WLS decision. 
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.
