Food is already logged on daily plate...so my goal is to stay the course...drink enough fluids and do a mini Zumba class on wii...

Food is logged, weight is tracked, and I've checked in here.

My remaining goal for the day is to get some exercise in.  I'm very "bloated" from too much salt yesterday and approach of "TOM."  I feel like a little moving around would do me some good!

1st goal: 165
I was contemplating changing my goal and just settling for 167 i was there for so long.  I am big boned and my body seems too happy here.  But i'm also considering going back to just protein shakes for a while and see if that helps, maybe once i've finished the groceries already on hand.   Anyway,  i'm happy to see 166 again and hopefully i will start dropping lbs again.  So glad its the weekend and i'm going out walking today.  Well  i hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday.  :o) Jeani

Not  happy with this small gain but I know where it came from . I need to
be careful today.
