So here i still am. My body really likes this weight but i am still a work in progress and i will get to goal. I hope everyone has a great weekend :o) jeani

exercise: worked out with my trainer yesterday going off to do cardio now.

eat healthy: protein shake breakfast. I have a coffee date later but I think I will stay safe and order
herbal tea. will have deli ham for lunch and stuffed green pepper for dinner
Hope to see a drop in the scale next week.
