SCREW this effing scale! (sorta!) (sorry kinda long)
My last 20 are coming off really slowly but it's so rewarding. I've dropped 10 of the remaining 20 since the beginning of the year and hopefully the rest will come off more easily with the sunshine and increased outdoor activity. The pilates classes (both mat and reformer) are really giving me the beginning of a strong core and what may one day appear as strong abs. I'm happy with any positive changes whether reflected in my exercise ability, scale, tape measure or just general sense of more well being.

Margo, I'm not before you -- I'm right there with you! I'm almost 13 months out and although I am slightly below my original goal of 125, I would like to see if I can get down below 120 -- maybe all the way down to 115. But, like you, I am finding that it is SLOW!! Like, 1-2 pounds a month slow. But again like you, I am definitely getting smaller! I have lost only a few pounds since January put yesterday I put on a pair of pants that were snug at the end of January and they were almost too big!
Like you, I continue to weigh daily and track my food and exercise. I figure what's going to happen is going to happen.
