Random Thoughs:

Goals:
Check-in: Done.
Weight: 132.2 (back where I started a week ago, go figure)
Exercise: Walk for 30 mins AM, 30 mins PM.
Vitamins: 6 multi, 1 B1, 2 B50, 4 Calcium.
Water: Shooting for 64.
Meals: Aiming for two shakes + dinner for 600-800 calories. Net carbs below 40, total carbs below 50. Reducing sodium--I had almost 2,000mg yesterday!

Random thoughts: My calcium has 3g of sugar a piece! I need to switch brands. Any drugstore calcium without sugar that's small enough to get down? I nearly choke on fish oil pills : )

I have given up the scale for a week.

Today I will NOT eat because my boyfriend hurt my feelings...

Thanks darlin the only saving grace is I know he didn't "mean" it...doesn't make the hurt go away but at least I'm not hurt and angry...
