Hi Belize. It's good to see that you're still doing this check-in stuff : ) I will try doing so for the next five days and see if it helps me any...

Goals:
Weight: 133.4 (/gasp)
Exercise: Walk for 30 mins AM, 30 mins PM.
Vitamins: 6 multi, 1 B1, 2 B50, 4 Calcium.
Water: Shooting for 64.
Meals: Starting day 1 of the pouch tes****er + protein shakes. Okay, I gave up tonight and ate a grilled chicken salad with light italian dressing. Still about ~600 calories today.


I'll update as I go.

I am back down to 128 lbs for today..I know it is just a number but it is my number.  I am really working on the night time grazing.  Last night I just went to bed 1 hour early to stop it.  I am still working on getting my mind right...a work in progress.

I will be out of town and away from the computer starting tomorrow but will be back on Monday.

Exercise...... worked out the trainer for and hour and did 1/2 hr on the                            treadmill


Protein shake after the gym- lunch will be beef. My iron is low in spite of
taking iron

Diiner?? some sort of meat with asperagus. I have to use that u
p. I am thrilled that I am back under 135. I think my stall has been broken!

I'm working the program and the scale is finally agreeing with my effort.  I still put it away until next wednesday!!

HI there, sorry  i usually don't have time in the morning to check in
weight:  167  still
chek in done
water  done
vitamins  done
exercise,  will do my kettle bell  later  (i love it)
eating good, trying atkins
so i take solace that i fit into a pair of 12s this weekend
have decided to quit sweating it,  i'm feeling great,  i'm looking great so the last pounds will come off,  i'm pretty sure i'm building muscle with my weights     so that's my story and i'm sticking to it
Goal    165   (can't wait to get there,  its taking its own sweet time  lol 
      the start of my brand new life was on 5/28/10
