Do you think I am done losing?
I didn't lose in November and December and thought I was done at 168. In January I added pilates and yoga classes as well as more walking. Lowered the carbs, kept calories between 800-900 and another 10 pounds have come off. I'm still 11 pounds from my WW Lifetime so I'll juet keep plugging away. Truthfully, what would we do differently anyhow. It's still protein firs****er, vitamins and exercise for life. I'm challenging my body to get down to normal this spring.

"After 18 months you are pretty much done losing like her Dr. said?"
Nope. Anyone can lose weight. You just eat less than you burn. If you can lose weight without surgery, then you can lose weight 18 months after surgery.
Now all the surgeries have a "window" where weight loss is pretty easy and almost everyone loses even if they don't doing everything right. I think that's what the surgeons are talking about when they say things like that. They don't mean it's physically impossible to lose, just that it's less about the surgery at that point and more about you.

I'm kinda in the same boat as you. I'd really like to lose this last 16 lbs but i keep bouncing around 166-170-166 currently 167 :o( . I was 170 for many years and i think my body likes being here. So i have upped my exercise big time . You've gotten some great advice and i'm glad you posted this. We will get there :o) Jeani
