exercise:   first time in my lilfe i'm LOVING my exercise,  this kettlebell is so cool,  i'm already so much stronger and i feel good in my body

3.  Eat 3 meals & 1 snack:
4.  Water:  in progress
5.  Exercise:  meeting with my trainer today
6.  Vitamins & Supplements: working on that

I want to get down closer to 130 where I was. I will stay on program ! I need to look back on my other posts to see if 134.4 is what I weighed.
I can't even remember if it was 134.2 or .4 to see if I gained anything.

You are really doing great.  I am so very proud of you.  You are the poster child for what maintenance looks like to me.  You gained a little weight, didn't like it, and came up with a plan to get back to goal.  You are making it happen.  I am so happy for you.
