Back on liquids for me....
I'm having a colonoscopy on Monday. I am really, really, dreading the clear liquids all day Sunday! I endured liquids for 3 weeks before and after WLS, but the idea of doing clears for a day is sounding pretty bad. But, I'll do it and be ok. Maybe I'll lose an extra pound or two.
The best part is I don't have to do the Go Lightly. My doctor is using a Gatorade/Mirilax/Ducolax combination now and she said patients are sure liking this better than the Go LIghtly.

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

I keep thinking about something my friends and I used to say in high school. "Stick it and rotate it". Guess I've got it coming to me. lol
