Mornin', another day, another 20 minutes (fat burner setting) on the elliptical.  Hoping to go for a walk/jog later...

I'm going to jog a mile or so at lunch.  Then today is the beginning of hitting the weights hard.  I want to try to fill in my arm muscles before it gets too hot and I'll be wearing tanktops.

I worked out with my trainer today for an hour and also did 30 min on the treadmill.

My goal is 10,000 steps M-F

3,200 so far (going for a 1 mile walk @ lunch =)

VSG on 09/20/10 with
3 mile walk/jog with the pooch.  She's loving this.    Weights for 20 minutes.  Oh, and exercised self control at work, since I really wanted to tell the boss to get off her high horse!!!
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost
