Breakfast done; Lunch/Snacks with me; Dinner ??

I have got to get a grip on my night time snacking. It seems like when I get home I have dinner and then don't stop. It is a constant graze. I am going to get some protein shakes and that is all I am going to have after dinner. Something has to give.

Very excited to be back to 135. I will be vigilant about not eating between meals and have only one evening snack
